We happily accept returns and exchanges for your shopping convenience. However, we strongly suggest taking advantage of our sizing information. Keep in mind, our apparel generally fits "true to size." In order to keep our prices fair and competitive, we have the following guidelines: 
  • The apparel items must be in their original condition, not worn, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way. All tags must be attached to the products.
  • We will only accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of product purchase for a full refund. (If it was ordered online, the return must be postmarked within 15 days of product delivery.)  Anything up to 30 days will be eligible for store credit only. No return, exchanges, or store credit will be issued after 30 days.
  • There is no return or exchanges on already exchanged items.
  • Returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days from the date you received your order. However, please try to send your return back to us as soon as possible.
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. We process these within 5 days of receipt, however, your credit card company may take up to 2 weeks to show the credit on your statement. Please keep that in mind! 
  • Clearance items can not be returned or exchanged.
If there is a quality issue with any apparel, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. Contact us at attivoapparel@gmail.com 
We are NOT responsible for lost packages being returned. We are not responsible for packages dropped off and not signed for. Please be sure to give us a secured address.


When exchanging please tell us the reason for the exchange (fit, defective, etc).  Once we receive your returned apparel, we will process your new product request.


If returning for a refund please tell us the reason for the return for our records. That way we can know how to make our customers happy and love the product in the future with new designs! 
Place the information inside the return package along with the apparel being returned.
